cousin di i140 denied . reason : employer has changed his address to new location like 10 miles from existing business . uschis vaalu some time back in 2019 lo old address ni visit cheste evaru leru and he continued to file h1 petitions on that address and field officers entered record of action in VIBE database and it is tagged as red . Nuv perm lo provide chesina address is the same address field officer conducted visits . So based on this we conclude that adress provided for future emplymnt is invalid ani dey chesaru 

Employr emo nen kotha address update chesa kani VIBE records lo update cheyyaledu vaalu . malli i140 file chedam not a problem antunnadu . Any one been with this kind of experience . employer tho em issues levu from last 3 yrs she is with him

I don’t have a solution , this is how I would approach the problem. vere immigration lawyer ki oka $250 or $350 pay chesi consultation tisukovali ani chustha

Consult outside attorney - Murthy best. 

When talking to any attorney record the conversation for your convenience. Vaallu chala fast matladatru, comprehend chesukovatam kashtam. 

File MTR for this 140. MTR ki edo duration untadi before 30 days ala. Make sure you dont miss that. 

Be ready to file another new 140 as well. MTRs are not so helpful always

Attorney does not want to go with MTR as it is time consuming process . refiling i140 with stonger evidence is better approach ani cheppandu . Planning to file i140 in premium this time so we know if it is employer issue or not .

Had a consultation with Murthy , but as the denial is more on employer records they want more details on employer docs which we cannot provide . they suggested to go with refiling than mtr .

Agree with MTR responses are very slow ,new filing is fast  but new filing lo same issue raadu ani guarantee ledu kada bro

basically attorney and employer em cheptaro ade dikku. employer issue or not telusukuni saadinchedi emi ledu.
