Haha internal moves have to be approved my your manager… as a courtesy you should let your manager know that you have applied for a position on another team…

That’s bad management. Managers should support employees to move internally unless they are in critical phase now and that move impacts team or project.

Unfortunately most of the people from our mgmt are like that …. No proper mgmt skills
