i more skeptic about charity programs...specially run by big techs...(you might know already about my musk posts..)

if that UP model so good and better than any model in world...why dont microsoft/charity foundation office open a branch there...

i swear on my kid..i have done charity donations...since 2008 when i was working in bangalore to even now a days irrespective of who is ruling govt...i donated to PM cares, APCM fund and another private social charity...

i am not questioning all charity foundations...there might be few real charity foundations out there...i am questioning big tech billioniers charity...rich people tactics are different...

rich people personal expenditure is company expense or charity foundation expense...

first, you lack any intelligible critique of the charities. whatever you are posting seem to only fit into some larger agenda you seem to have against rich people - again which is not well informed, inspite of your claim that you 'research a lot' before you pick a side. Clearly you are not smart enough to grasp what you read to present interesting ideas from your research.

for eg. the biggest problem with charities is not 'rich people tactics', but their process. They adopt an approach similar to startups. They come up with a minimum viable solution to a problem, means test it on a group, ward, village etc.. and once they found it works, they look to expand it without giving thought to local factors in other areas.

this is why Melinda Gates experiment with charter schools in US was a huge flop.

entha pedda foundatation aina, if they say they donated $1M, andulo kanisam $10K aina spend chestaru for charity. That 10K itself is charity...vallu entha mingaro enuduko mingaro doesn't matter...end of they day their money..they atleast helped someone for 10k (even though they show 1M on paper)...charity ee kada adi and someone benefitted for 10k

sorrry to burst all your bubbles, but donating to charities without examining their processes is a complete waste of fcuking money.

for eg. donating to a charity that provides food to disaster zone, one that focuses on vaccination (like polio) is very useful, but most of these could be done more efficiently by the govt. Perhaps some of these charities can reach areas that the govt can't (highly unlikely).

but never donate to charities that claim that they want to educate kids, or provide healthcare etc. If you want to help someone, do it yourself.
