Is it right time or wait until property or Interest rates to go down ? I don't know anyone in NC area. Not sure which place/community is good to look .. Bases on some google search asked few friends , they told me to look out in and around Harrisburg,FortMill,Concord, Weddington, Wesely Chapel, Waxha arrea. Do you anyone have suggestion which communities are good in these location ? Where our india population is good . NC or TX schools are not better than NJ or SFO or VA. These places are expensive but think of future..
