but AP will slowly achieve a critical mass of entrepreneurs willing to invest in their own place. Is there anyway that Jagan or Sandrabob are stopping that from happening, you think?

Tirupathi is an example of development without much state interference. Other cities will pick up the slack too.

pls don't wish AP to become like Gujarat, with fcuking refineries everywhere. Lets hope that Andhra entrepreneurs choose to invest in Andhra. There are no communists anywhere now. That argument is only a crutch to defend the incompetence of Indian entrepreneurs, majority of who depend on state govt largesse to survive and thrive.
