Ovaru aina profits vachaya bro?? I mean is land rate similar to housing prices like peragadam tagadam untunda? Asking because they are not bought on mortgage kada

Ee concept naku telisi ee last 2 years lo start chesaru in outskirts of Dallas area outside of Frisco or farther and Austin areas…mostly they will know in next two years…if not profit vache varaku wait chestharu anukuntunna bro…already sale chesi profit vachayo ledho telidhu

Yaa more interested like for example mortgage rates direct impact on housing , these lands might have been bought with cash (pool of investors with money in bank) so they might make profits I. Long run,  manolle konte e big big investors ki entha sepu e lands konadam ani thinking

2010 mountain house, later tracy emppttyy annnaaaa. Some invested and all thought it’s too far. Now everyone is moving there. Time is different. 2010-2012 market is down. Eippuddoo fomo llaa everyone is investing forming a pool. Thanks to covid. If major correction happens these will all end up like amaravati lands. Eventually after 5-10 yrs we will see growth. Investing when the market is bouncing is different from investing during the downtrend.
