Those are backlogs from 2019 2020 2021

People apllied after July 2022 are processed quickly

Student ga ravali ante ask him to come student as provinces in Atlantic or praries as it's easy to get a pnp there

Express Entry cut off recent score is 537 something. Immigration from India without Canadian degree is impossible. So 3 years Indian experience in STEM, SW preferred. Canadian Masters and Canadian work experience. Canadian resident siblings added bonus. Impossible immigrating from India like they used to do couple of years ago.

Ipudu for example bro a guy working in US company valaki Vancouver lo branch undi if he transfers therr he will get on workpermit anuko does he have chance on PR,  age 36 oka 12 years expierence 

Also for example he gets laid off during his workpermit time can he transfer to another company and his pr process can continue??

1st part , yes he can apply for pr after 1 yr

2nd part, job pothe vadi workpermit status kuda pothadi. edanna company visa sponser chesthe ok but ikkada evadu sponsor cheyyaru . It’s not like H1b.

Thanks bro Got it so after 1 year if they apply the PR can they be in status or PR vache varaki they should have Job ? So oka sari work permit status pothe almost you are out of Status and enni days lo new sponsor ni patukovali bro ? in case ovadu aina dorikithe

As per me, pr apply chesaka kuda workpermit vundali if u want to stay in Canada. Status lekapothe vellipoyi pr vachaka ravatame. But edo bridge visa vundi ani gurthu but I am not sure.

new sponsor ventane vundali like 30-60 days . Edaina oka immigration lawyer ni contact avvu in detail ante
