Doesn't he know amaravati development planned in PPP mode? Govt use just land bank as their share? and govt just have to create some basic infrastructure with central govt funds? 

Where is this skyscrapers coming in picture man?

guntur numbers are surprising…they have good resources and revenue zones like guntur city, tenali..etc

I have not opposed anything that doesn't involve state govt funding 

Already 8000 crs spent , rest should come up by self funding

Because amaravati is a dead zone , whole krishna , guntur are dead zones for private investment outside agriculture 

Just compare the investment numbers during Chandrababu's 14 years rule in krishna + guntur districts vs even Nellore + east godavari  

hosur developed due to Bengaluru proximity , sricity is somewhat sucessful due to Chennai , what is amaravathi based on ? Vijaywada ? Guntur ? 😂

I am against any centralisation of spending , if state govt spends 10 rupees on amaravati then other districts should also get atleast 2-5 rupees in spending
