My tirupathi trip experience

I visited tirupathi 3 days back, sharing experience.

1) website worstest. It gave option to register phone number, but never received otp. Had to coordinate with dad while booking srivani Dharshanam. Even payment experience was horrible. I had to try 3 times.

2) tirupathi airport is small & neat. No issues. Srivari metlu ekkam. Some steps were slippery because of rains, so had to be extra cautious.

3) we booked room along with srivani dharshanam, check in, check out was very easy. Saved lot of time. Rooms were not great but ok for one day stay.

4) our srivani Dharshanam was supposed to be 8:15 and so we went to the location at 7:45 only to hear the announcement that srivani timings are changed to 10am from dec 5th. They had All the info but dint bother to inform us. Poor management. We went back at 9:30. They made us wait in waiting rooms till 10:15. We were out of temple by 11. Dharshanam experience was good(may be because of srivani).

5) laddoos: no of laddoos for each person is reduced to 1 from 2. Not sure when this change happened. We can buy extra laddoos at the counter. 50 rupees for small one & 200 for big one. Lot of counters, so no issues.

6) we ate first day dinner & second day lunch at anna daanam bu ttd. Food & maintenance was good. No issues. We ate all other meals outside. I remember seeing a post that govt took control of all private hotels but its not the case. Food price is pretty much same as hyd.

7) water: plastic is completely banned in tirumala. U can buy water in glass bottles. 60 rupees for each bottle and 30 for refill. Its a new brand. Later learned that its owned by ycp leaders(peddi reddy). White color corruption. We spend more than 1000 for water. 
 

Looks like 10k donation for srivani is very attractive. I am sure price will be increased very soon.

we also visited Kanipakam & few other temples. No issues.

 

bottom line: biggest let down for devottees is water. White color corruption tho baney dochukuntunnaru. Almost anni temples lo paid dharshanam rates perigayi. Anna daanam food is still good. Srivani dharshanam exp is good.

Free water is available everywhere. I normally avoid it. I prefer bottled water.

Nenu srivani dharshanam ki vellanu. Absolutely no pushing. No OA from police. Almost 3-4 mins srivari vigraham kallaki clear ga kanapadindi. Staff soft ga move avvali move avvali annaru anthey.

Migitha dharshanala latest experience teliyadhu. Pushing untadi mostly

Endhi per head 10.5 k uh ? Ante family of 10 velithe minimum 1 lakh rupees.
