Microsoft had a sales office in Ameerpet in the 1990's. Most people dont know the fact that Lal Bunglow in Ameerpet used to be the earliest SW hub. That's how all those training institutes came up in and around Ameerpet.

But there were lot of states that were more successful in IT investment as well as overall economic growth without attribution to a single individual 

Are you insinuating that Telugu people are dumb when compared to kannadigas or tamilians ? Because they didn't require any individual to achieve better results
