Chennai n Banglore are already way a head in that

With out infrastructure who will come and invest

Per Capita can't be measure for the case you said

AP has the lowest literacy compared to TN and KAR and KL. Can anyone exploain why so many software engineeers from AP  or TG? they dont want to talk about it.
