Also, I recently started working for a second client under same employer ( from what I know it is legal to work for multiple clients for same employer) and asked about my role and work hours. I am kind of worried that this is going to trigger NOIR, if that is the case, can I resign this employer and find a new employer? Is this even possible? As you/employer think its not you can do multiplec jobs and work from any location. 99% your H1B will be revoked. Seems to be someone complained as USCIS got all right information Why was there even a discussion about second client, I dont get it .. it looks like the h1b guy is innocent and does not know that working second job is illegal and told about second job to ussis .. How can they enter your home without calling and how it will be a surprise site visit if they inform you beforehand. Just because you dint face, doesn't mean they don't do. They called 2 of us in my team including me when we applied for extensions. They called me before approval and asked few questions. They called my colleague after 2 weeks of extension approval.
