Got a call from USCIS fraud detection center this morning. Need some help in understanding my options.

Got my h1b approved in Oct 2022 and I am staying away from my work location for a couple of months with my family in another state, still paying rent in my original work location. Somehow officer know my cousin’s address where I am staying currently and he asked proofs for my domestic travel from my worksite city to cousins place for past 1 year. 

Also, I recently started working for a second client under same employer ( from what I know it is legal to work for multiple clients for same employer) and asked about my role and work hours. But this new client information is not added in LCA. My employer mentioned that it is not needed as I am doing similar work in both companies when I asked them about this.

I am kind of worried that this is going to trigger NOIR, if that is the case, can I resign this employer and find a new employer? Is this even possible? 

PS: I am in kind of panicky, please don’t judge. 🙏🏻

Clear case of H1b misuse. H1b got strict rule on work location n client you can work for. As you/employer think its not you can do multiplec jobs and work from any location. 99% your H1B will be revoked. Seems to be someone complained as USCIS got all right information

I think this guy gave his address and job work state to a Tax filing consultant in india for tax return quote etc. 

this info should haves leaked to scammers and they called him 

I don’t think uscis will know that he is living in a different city and call him

He was bachelor but, imagine same situation with kids and wife.
Andharu cheysthunaru ani manam cheysi, mana time bad untae first impact Ayyedhi wife and kids.. Okasari alochinchandi.. you may make $60k to $70k per year on another job but the stress and impact is higher. Focus on career progression and you will get better salaries.. Just my 2 cents..

It’s very Simple if something is allowed by immigration law then no issue.

H1B and advance parole will go to the immigration check line they can check it depends on the officer. 

Green card or USC vunte they don't care 2 or 3 laptops vip line

Asalu nuvvu em matladuthunavo neekayina ardam avutunda? AP is just Visa entry and not for empoyment. H1/EAD/GC are for employment.

EAD , GC, USC can do multiple jobs with multiple employers, however H1 cannot. H1 can do multiple jobs provided you have to apply dual H1 filing with the consent of both employers . But for GC EAD and GC no need. Free to work for many employers
