Contracting is by case by case, and depends how important a data is for a company. 
 

1. data not much important, e sector lo pani cheysae vallaki gc with multiple contracting jobs okay, clients peddaga patinchukoru. Thelisthae contract end cheystharu..

Data with moderate importance, (Financial and health care not directly related to patient data) vellu contractors ki confidentiality and non competent agreements mostly sop lo include cheystharu, 90% people don’t even read and complete the sop. Konni clients they don’t take serious if you are caught but konni they take it serious with some settlement offers mostly less than $100k. 

3. Data with critical importance ( user data, patient data, government information, classifd info) vitlo if you are working with multiple jobs, you are doing a bigger risk for life time. Laws are very complex and settlements could be in from 500k to 5 million.

3. Third category people are rule oriented, they just follow rules but lopala they want that extra money. These people are real dangers to type 1 and 2 since they are whistle blowers.

4. Type 4 vallu they just do their job, focus on carrier progression, have good family life and enjoy. These peoples life is same with $80k or $180k salary. They don’t even care if some one is doing 2 or 20 jobs and they just focus on their career and family.
