Amazon odu return receive chesukunnaka kooda saying not received

Item sent back in October, appudu refund ichadu malli charged me in December first week saying he didn't receive item. 

UPS drop off receipt undi proof ga, call chesthey yeah we received it but it's not the item we sent you anta. This item was packed by UPS at the UPS store after they verified the return, ade cheppina no use. Now charged me $250 for the item, bank toh dispute chesthey edo generic email pampadu why are you disputing anta. 

Adi kakunda inko item not received ani antunnadu sent the same day back in October. Again have proof of delivery saying it was dropped off at the Amazon returns center. 

Apart from filing a chargeback with the credit card/bank what options do we have legally to take this up? Some people online suggested taking them to small claims court, but has anyone encountered this? 

Amazon returns center lo edo pedda scam going on, they are pocketing returned items and denying they received them I think. Be careful of shopping with Amazon esp with the returns.

Amazon customer care usually best untadi, they return money without much fuss.

If you do a charge back, they gonna ban your amz account.. you cannot use that card on future amz purchases.....for a new amz account: You will have to create a new amz account with a new billing address, new cc and a new IP...

Yeah that's fine baa I decided to not use Amazon anymore they can ban my AMZ account aath care as long as I get my money back, done with their customer service too accusing me of returning the wrong item. Adem item raa poni cheppandi ante we don't know that you should know you returned anta, I told them yeah I returned the smartwatch and I stand by it anna.

Already tried baa mostly andaru India based workers e even the supervisors are in India and they just keep reading from a stupid script.

This^  Both UPS and Fedex are doing this from the last few years.

I was supposed to receive a new phone with sim from T-mobile via Fedex but only got Sim card. Luckily I updated the delivery to near by Walgreens store for pickup 2 days before its arrival.. Pickup ki akkadaki velli chustey oka chinna envelope vundhi with the same tracking number...Initial package weight 1 to 2 lbs vundhi tracking lo chustey...but aa envelope aithey less than 10Oz weight.

T-mobile sent another phone after I submitted the photos that I took at Walgreens.

Don't think so.. Amazon instructions avi.. shipping tagginchukovadaniki.. UPS vaaditho deal set chesukunnaru.. the package you send is not sent as it is.. goes to UPS hub and then gets merged with multiple other packages and made to be a big box.. that will become master airway bill.. UPS 4yrs nundi fight chestundi.. idi vallaki logistical knightmare.. cannot support ani.. as usual paina dimaak leni decisions teesukuntaaru.. kinda infrastructure vundadu..

similar thing happened with tmobile trade in..i sent iphone x for trade in..tmobile said they never received it. They cant even track it…i gave them imei numbers..and  my order numbers..then they gave me credit…its a big loophole..

yeah..Its mostly by delivery guyz. Naa trade in bageny poyindhi..I went to USPS store and sent it...But new mobile lo debba padindhi.

I think for costly items, esp electronics, its better to pickup/send from their stores instead of home delivery/picking up the packages from home.

Alantide edo jarigindi ikkada kooda but in this case, it's his word against mine so bank odu nannu side chesthada vaadini side chesthada
