Visitor visa is a non immigrant visa and 130 is a immigrant visa. we can't anukunta

Change of status from visitor visa or F1 visa to 130/485 is not straightforward and can take time. I130 and consulate processing can take 14 to 16 months and is straightforward process.

Appointments consulate isthra manaam book chesukovala i130 approval tarvatha.

do you recommend applying for a visitor visa before applying I130
