for example take my village in AP, There are 7 grama volunteers..actually speaking they do not have any power, my village is controlled by big power houses who decides whom people should vote. people will really does not care what volanteers are going to do. all they need is which party big power house presidents are supporting this term. These power houses in my village have ~100-150 acers for their family and they do lot of social service activities in the village. so people will puck volunteers if they do anything extra..even police will listen to power houses in the village.

those powerhouse dont give schemes to beneficiaries every month , volunteers istaru , so janalu volunteers chepinatte villages lo musalollu vintaru , nuv chepe power houses ki janalu respect isaru emo gani chepinattu vote eyaru , gone are those days

dude now a days every one in the village are well knowledged. They all know its poeple money which is getting distributed. last time all the power houses except one supported ysrcp and it got majority in my village. now all of they are against and YSCRCP lost president elections as well. musalollu grudda meeda tannutaru volateers ni extra lu cheste.. it may be different in towns and cities but i am generally talking in village culture. and one more thing all the volanters are mostly well known people/ family friends or relatives. They wont fight for stupid political parties. Bonding betweeen them is much more than that..and one more thing there are few villages where volunteers are supporting janasena and TDP..
