Utensils lo unde carcinogens kanna, processed foods lo air lo water lo pesticides valla ekkuva carcinogens ingest chestaam.

Best is to starve ur body for sugars, burn more fat, eat more veggies and fruits ( after through washing ), get lot of vitamin D.

PS: cancer ki reason evadiki teliyadu.. few members in my family went through.. but following above tips remission is longer than doctor estimates.

Bro, anyday cast iron is the best but ladies do not like it too much. Next one is stainless steel but aome types of curries are not good for cooking as the base always get burnt. But under circumstances avoid teflon, teflon coated, aluminium or German silver. Compressed aluminium is fine but not for very long usage.

Clay utensils are best but day to day maintenance is a hassle and also they cost a lot, in UK 5 litre Biryani clay pot is costing £100.
