Best is to starve ur body for sugars, burn more fat, eat more veggies and fruits ( after through washing ), get lot of vitamin D. Next one is stainless steel but aome types of curries are not good for cooking as the base always get burnt. But under circumstances avoid teflon, teflon coated, aluminium or German silver. Compressed aluminium is fine but not for very long usage. Clay utensils are best but day to day maintenance is a hassle and also they cost a lot, in UK 5 litre Biryani clay pot is costing £100.
