How many hours of sleep do you get every night?

sleep is like food , you need to do daily. You can’t eat all the food in 1 day and not eat for a week. Brain needs time to relax

Don’t lose your sleep or decide it based on other people sleep.

Military kashtalu kaka… will try to change but it’s hard .. almost 4 years non stop kada it will not go away that easy !

I think 6 is optimal for all stages of sleep

4 is only possible if you are able to shut down your brain before sleep through some form of meditation, you are skipping the early stage

long term lo it causes reduction in grey matter. 4 is too little for sure
