Yes, If your Office laptop allows you install. Otherwise configure it in router directly. I used the router way.

Some companies doesn’t allow to install unapproved apps on company laptops.

You cannot connect 2 vpns from work laptop at the same time mostly enterprise restrictions, vpn through router will create a virtual private network(say within united states) as a first step and from within that IP you make another VPN to our work encrypting the traffic, that way your work location will be treated as US
