New job panic attacks

Oka 6 weeks ayyindi in new job..too many desis and work is giving me panic attacks..asalu lead gaadu emi explain cheyyakunda estimates..and hounding me daily ..never experienced this..even team lo desi scrum kuda..never experienced this..thought it will be good for my career..but not working out..ee time lo enko job leka previous employer ki veldam better aa.. previous employer has the opening,only thing is how they will react..

anything is better than panic attacks, go back to your previous employer as it is fast and easy

Go back to prev. Emo., let them think what they want..  don’t work in toxic environment and don’t encourage those ppl!

In touch with my ex colleagues..manager tho matladaledu enka..but my position ki hiring is going on.. colleagues were super positive as I had good name there

Better to get out of that toxic work culture in project. First check of you can move internally to other project

Wait for 2 months and you ll know how to handle it, and never work outside hours

looks like you are not prepared for the new company

it is better to go back to previous company and say "i did not realize how great this team is until i saw a hell there"

as long as there is a position, they would love to take you back

have some good background inspiring story ready when you talk to your manager

because it is hard to gain the same level of trust once you decided to leave the company, it will take some time but possible when you present your side well like "i left the company only for better compensation to deal with rising cost of living, but realized that better pay does not mean better teams" ani covering ivvu

Ijjat poddi ah reason chepthe, Should never say that reason, instead say that they are asking to relocate or say that initially they told WFH but now asking to come to office.
