Ijjat poddi ah reason chepthe, Should never say that reason, instead say that they are asking to relocate or say that initially they told WFH but now asking to come to office.

good point, one can do that too

but it is a myth saying truth will make us look stupid, it's not. it makes one trustable.

we have been conditioned to tell lies even when they are not really necessary

I don't think so, worst thing that happen is stagnated career for few years, which is better than toxic team where even this may not happen

I have seen people returning back and they were able to get back to their earlier state very quickly

we are not tuned to fail and learn from it. we are trained to keep looking for new all the time for better prospects

ejjaktly.. oka lie comes with lot of iterations to cover it up and get exposed

i think this is about relocating to another city, then it sticks properly defended by family reasons

Simply tell team is toxic ani, I had my manager in my current project who speaks openly with me and says company is going for d*ck move or use words like fck etc casually in meetings. So you don’t have to worry anything and simply say néw Team is toxic. That should be enough

Why to go back assuming worst things, you can pass the storm in current proj and after the storm it might look quiet. There is no IT job in the world which isn’t doable

the one that starts with hell will usually be a like a hell in long term

newcomer ni comfortable state lo pettaka work istaaru..it doesn't appear like that situation there

6 months ayyaka koda ade state unte he doesnt have the option to go back

many people are frightened with change because they have been working in their current job for too long, if this is just a fear of change, then they will be fine

but if it fear of tech in new company, it may not worth continuing

Hoping you already tried being frank with new employer about needing more time and an onboarding buddy to ramp up faster. Also offer to write up an onboarding guide for future hires.

if nothing works, use chatGPT to come up with a good reason and get back to old employer.

Ledu bro..in Dallas

Which company bro?
some teams are toxic in nature.. stay away from them..

some times if you get into a team which is high performing and is in the middle of a major release , you get suffocated… they don’t give you time to pickup.. figure out which one it is..
