There was no onboarding.asalu no KT was given. I had to go a qa and pester him for information..coding is ok and I always make an effort...manager kuda cheppa

Go back to old company. Panic attacks are not worth it. Patha company lo Em cheppav reason for resignation? Better opportunity/ pay Ana or any other reason? If any other reason daani meedha story alli venakki vellu. Or better opportunity ante tell how you realized it is not a good place for you ani.

try being upfront that they are being unreasonable, communicate clearly that you got no KT etc and ask for it first, ask them to give you sometime to come up to speed , elago job resign chese bodhulu try this first, if you do not communicate how are they supposed to know you are struggling?

also, lot of suggestions telling you to go back, its a tough choice but you made it because you felt unhappy in your previous job, do you really want to go there just because things are bad in your new job?

I would suggest to keep trying for better opportunities and also stop being a doormat, clear communication lekapothe you will suffer in any job.

It will be good for your career, you will learn fast, work harder, will learn how to deal pressure, politics, etc.

Better opportunity ani.. actually in the new company I was supposed to work for a different team ..kaani one week after they moved me to another team that didn't interview me..pay hasn't increased much at most 20%
