Not that I don't know how to perform in this role but it's really not my career path. Infact nenu edaithe cheya kudadu anukunnano mellaga I got slid into that role. I did an open conversation with my manager... this is my interest and what I am doing now is not ani. They gave me options and now waiting for an opening in that team. Since I know I am going to move out, I started performing good in the current role finally after 8 months. Worst enti ante.... interview chesetappudu I was very explicit on what I am NOT interested in since I liked my previous role. The VP failed to convey that my manager hence my manager never knew what I was interested in. Initially he thought it was performance issue and started helping but I told him reason.
