Dallas bro n oka trading company CS.

New joinee daggara 6weeks lo delivery expect cheyatam not reasonable. Desi leads ki konthamandiki proper onboarding and KTs ivvatam radu.

May be ne lead gadu, ne experience ki konni assumptions tho expecting output emo. If you have KT issues unte questions anni raskoni meeting pettu. Any high paying new jobs will have tough first 6months while you are accustoming to the new team and work. Once work nerchukunnaka you can set your work delivery estimations accordingly.

One advantage with fast paced high demanding teams is, you will learn fast and will be ready for any circumstances. Of course not an ideal place to work at all.

If your tech stack is good and see future if survived, stay and learn the work and get out when market is good.

Desis full mandha unte team lo dhanantha torture ledu.. especially sambar gallu. Minimum team spirit undadu epudu chudu commanding and rude. If you feel toxic that’s the end. It’s easy to say..make a move faster since you said there is opening. We don’t know what 2023 will bring.

Infact technically this job is a step back ..code base is at least 10 years old..I am done..plan is  to reach out to the recruiter for the other job I was offered when I got this one and see if they can take me in..else previous job

My Experience:

Promise chesina work during interview and what I am doing now is different. Not that I don't know how to perform in this role but it's really not my career path. Infact nenu edaithe cheya kudadu anukunnano mellaga I got slid into that role.

I did an open conversation with my manager... this is my interest and what I am doing now is not ani. They gave me options and now waiting for an opening in that team. Since I know I am going to move out, I started performing good in the current role finally after 8 months.

Worst enti ante.... interview chesetappudu I was very explicit on what I am NOT interested in since I liked my previous role. The VP failed to convey that my manager hence my manager never knew what I was interested in. Initially he thought it was performance issue and started helping but I told him reason.

Suggestion:

Have an open conversation. Managers are usually good.
