most places there are navajo reservation, Reservation rules apply. Vallu masks avi chala strict.

Page, AZ is federal city and has lake powell and Glen canyon dam...akkada anni dorukutaai.

its not Arizona rule, i recently was in Tempe to visit friends. Its Navajo Reservation rules.
