  your mental health is important than anything else , take vitamin D tablets if you are in cold place , go for walking (at least 20 min , alone. that clear lot of this depression). Also cut down what make you feel depressed

quit smoking, start going to gym, quit afdb. simple ga pm and stay with uncal @csrcsr uncle for 3 months.

Work or family related ayyithe get out from that work or family members and saty in good environment especially room always windows open chesi pettuko adi main important. Don't be in dark. US la vunte try to travel India and family tho mingle avvu. Night phone yekkuva use cheyyakunda keep your body tired I mean physical work out cheyyi late night padukunna mood swings vuntai especially night lathkor thoughts vasthayi especially negative thoughts. Room manchi smell vunde la pettuko. Yedhanna vacation plan pettu ko with close frnd or frnds or mom and dad. Talk to them and be close them. Naaku thelsindhi cheppina good way la
