Depends on the company bro, but mostly they will remove you with a black list risk also if they come to know.

When you are working full time, the company expects you to work for them full time. its a different thing if you are working in a company and running your own business like a shop or any other thing that doesn't have same line of work as the company and this can be argued if you are caught /asked.

If you have gc and want to work multiple jobs then you should be a contractor, then there is no restriction or anybody will not stop you or you need creative ways to get your second pay 😉 with absolutely no link to you.
