marinate 24 hrs…add onion juice and yogurt…dont overcook..

u need to get the right balance of fat in chicken or mutton meat for juiciness in kebabs..

mutton lo aite u can add kidney fat which is the best, or buy 80-20 ground meat.

chicken lo kuda fat content add cheyi if u are grounding at home,

readymade ground konte waste andulo emi ivvadu...u have to add other fats like Ghee or Butter

Kabob ante grounded kadu bro Nenu antundi. e video lo vunnattu pieces. 
 

e biryanis and curries thini bore koduthundi so e holidays lo kabobs and shawarma try cheddam ani chusthunna. 

I don’t like much fat. chicken thighs lo chala vuntadi kada fat. That’s enough for me.

but hotel lo vachinattu ravadam ledu taste

Taste la pedda faraq padadu…normal ga use chese spices level ni oka level ekuva veyali, but kabab becomes very soft…..below is one of the recipe I tried, this recipe was by a friend who is chef..khandani bawarchi…best tried with a charcoal grill.

Butter

Cardamom 

Kasoori Methi

Lemons

Philadelphia cheese cream 

Ginger garlic paste
