Paracetamol unte esukoo amoxicillina 500 mg desi tablet and use delysum edo peru abba orange color lo untadhi dabba for cough works good 

have oma water (azwani ) which works good for cough 

eat well

I had same sutiation 3 weeks backs sudden ga evening temp touching 102 103 and chali chills .. night cough 

two days leave pettanu went for rapid test flu, Covid 19 and rsp flu came positive 

aha time did not give any medicine because I have crossed some 48 hours so medicine pani cheyadu ani doctor cheppindi 

luckily I had paracetamol and amoxicillin and cold and cough tablets from india which I used for 3 days so slow ga set ayindhi 

but recovered in quick time just think like neeku avaru vachi vomerica emi cheyararu nee anthata Nuve lechi anni chesuokovali that is what I got motive and started becoming active

Over the counter theraflu use chey and drink lot of fluids… load on Vitamin C… get well soon

I too got it 3 weeks ago. Take TamiFlu medicine with food and you will be good in a day or two. Go to Urgent care and they will prescribe it for you.

Tamiflu prescribe chestaru ga if u have flu like symptoms like inside 48-72hrs aithe ,, that will help a lot
