Thats what I want to say to you. Godavari + Krishna Delta people were getting killed in millions due to famines and floods. At that time, Sir Arthur Cotton built Godavari Anacut fighting the Victorian Parliament for funds. East India Company that time questioned him why he was wasting funds on providing food security for inferior breed of people.

Every food grain people in Coastal Andhra ate was because of him. Instead of showing gratitude to Arthur Cotton and the British Rule, Telugu people branded them as parasites and drove them away.

N.B:- It was PVNR whose Open Door Policy in 1991 let IT Companies come and invest in India. CBN in 2000 removed PVNRs lesson from school text books. By now you must be knowing who has that crook nature.

Some or other form of Good happens with every CM in Power. Vijayawada has got 100 Feet Wide Road running from Chittigunta to Gunadala and beyond for 15 Kms. By far, people in Vijayawada consider that as the Gamer changer for VJA traffic & Development. It happened when Kiran Kumar Reddy & Rosy thaatha were CMs.

Similiarly knowingly or unknowingly CBN finished the IT Towers building for which the foundation stone was laid by Janardhan Reddy. 

AP had got maximum number of Grads even before CBN became CM. Many were going to Colleges in TN, MH and KA states for B.Tech and Medicine as there were not many Colleges in AP that time.

Coming to the H1B Quotas, Telugu take most of it because majority of them do not have any shame in faking their CVs, which other state people do not do.

Nothing to do with CBN. If you look in that way, you should be indebted to Sir Arthur Cotton family, who live very close to where I am living. He built Godavari Anacut in 1840s, a good 180 years back. Every grain seed AP people eat is because of him.

Have you been to Delhi NCR? Google for latest images of Noida, Gurgaon aka Gurugram from Images section. Development started right after 1991. Bangalore was chosen as IT destination owing to the benefits offered by cool weather. Chennai and Hyderabad both being big cities that time, got many IT investments

By 1996, Delhi-NCR had companies like ST MicroElectronics, Adobe, Cadence and the likes. My College seniors from B.Tech days got jobs with them. We celebrated this as big news those days.

Bangalore was and is the De-Facto IT Destination --- THEN and NOW as well.

Pune/Mumbai region was the incubator for IT giants like TCS, Wipro, Infy, L&T, Patni etc. Thats where Indian IT started its journey. Chennai had HCL. Hyderabad had Satyam and the likes. All these happened during 70s,80s and 90s. 

Yeah, BV Mohan Reddy Infotech is totally forgotten. He created that in early 90s.

I still do not understand why Pulkas or anyone earning 400k in USA should be indebted to CBN. Is it all because CBN opened IT towers in 2000? Did people who gave birth to the kids in 1980s imagined that CBN will create IT City and they should educate their kids to join them in Microsoft?

Opening Engineering Colleges during 1996-2004 do not have anything to do with CBN. 

AICTE itself is corrupted and they gave permissions to everyone that asked.

Yes, I gave a very big reason for it. Faking the CV, that nobody else in India does. When I applied for some remote roles in USA (being based in the UK) due to my niche skill set, some Maharastra guys were saying directly this to me. We can't believe educated from AP Colleges. I have experienced this many times in my career.

Also as per inaugural speech of CBN at 2000 opening of IT Towers, he was saying that Telugu people constitute 23% of whole IT in India. Why should not we have one IT park in Hyderabad?

So going by this, its CBN who got Real Estate development in Hyderbad for this community using Telugu people, but not vice-versa.

When I gave examples about Adobe, ST Micro and Cadence in Delhi, you totally reversed the plate...pity
