isnt that a loophole or any conditions apply?

Aadhar is not a proof of citizenship … so any foreign national who is residing in India for more than 182 days legally can apply for aadhar by law. They can use that aadhar for linking to bank accounts and other purposes. Not a loop hole.

Irrespective of parents and child citizenship you can get aadhar … only condition you need to satisfy is residency means you need to be present physically and continuously in India for 182 days before applying.

Aadhar act says it’s not a proof of citizenship so you can’t get citizenship certificate/domicile certificate/passport using it alone.

Legally you can’t get it unless you prove residency but if you pay to MRO they issue residency certificate without any verification.
If someone interested in you goes back and check your entry exit dates then your addahr will be voided
