He just responded to someone who asked what happens if police identify that kid wasn’t in car seat. Kid dying ante everyone was so surprised on how that could happen.

Yes. If someone asks what happens if someone isn’t using car seat for kid then that’s the answer you get. Is that relevant in this case or not doesn’t matter as he wasn’t talking about this accident.

Common challenge if kid isn’t used to from day 1. Even if they cry you have to force them to sit and once they get out stop the car and don’t drive until they get in. Bathimalo bhayapetto we should force. It’s for their safety which they don’t understand now.

Again I personally feel  Go Fund me is abused by Desi’s , why don’t you wait for final bill and decide if you need monetary support. 
 

my mom was in ICU recently here in US , minimal insurance , we are paying difference.

If he didn’t have a job or insurance or accidental liability or any other kind of insurance or assets to cover the expenses it is abuse 

unfortunately in most cases victim is not even aware of this , over enthusiastic family and friends do this
