Contrary to Media's Judgement and opinions aired on Media, the Dec,16,2012 gang rap*e had too many dark sides. Not only the culprits, the girl and her BF were equally at fault.

That does NOT mean that the culprits have all rights to do such a gruesome act of physically torturing the woman that way. But it was later revealed that the girl and her BF were continuously smooching and that aroused the beats in the bus.

If the girl were to be alive even with 90% impairment of her essential body parts, those 6 people would have come out of the case just after serving 6 years at the max. It was only her Dying Declaration that kept the case alive and led to the hanging of the culprits.

Seriously?? They have all the rights to do this gruesome act? If something arouses you, put it in your holder.. different things arouse different people.. it doesn’t mean that they can go and hump and kill the woman next to them.. even animals don’t do that.. 

As a society, we are still not at a place where public display of love and romance is accepted.. if the women are more cautious, it is good for them..
