I had annual physical test .

3 months back I had 96 glucose and 250 triglycerides. To control cholesterol I was skipping my dinner most of time . Based on yesterday’s result Now triglycerides are at 150 but my glucose went to 101. I also lost 3 kg wait what’s the wrong with diet or any other factors? .

HBA1C test antaru dhanni .. it gives avg blood sugar levels over the past 3-months 

mask ur PCP to order that blood work

untadi bro it will give avg sugar lever for 3 months , that will tell you HbA1c adugu he will order , occasional day sugar low and high will not give accurate results

Dinner skip chesinaa kooda nuv em tintunaavo raayaledu. But cut high sugar/glucose foods

you have to request A1c ..in general year end they dont do it.. Primary care dr has to add that in ur regular blood work and it is not covered by insurence..
