i feel 8 hours work is good enough for work life balance…

Some successful people work for 18 hours if required to achieve their goals. whatever you do if you enjoy it, you ll find work life balance. If you don’t enjoy it, you stick to 8 hours just like others in the crowd , so I felt you generalized that they do for money

Many celebrities like Elon musk who said he works 18 hours and sleeps only 4 hours a day to road side stall guy who envisioned his dream of making multiple restaurant branches, so if you love your work and have big dreams you ll be successful.

if you quote health reasons working only 8 hours per day beneficial there are many people who died sitting idle without work too in their lives doing only personal work or being with family. So can’t generalize
