we have to pay police for all outside activities . They will provide security and feasibility and permissions

Police will decide how much we need to pay and after getting all details from organizers

It depends on how many people are going to attend the event. 1k people vastharu ani cheppi 5k people vasthey police em cheyyaleru. It would be organizers responsibility.

my question was did organizers estimate the crowd properly?

There is definitely human mistake. Trying to know if its organizers estimate mistake or police dept mistake by sending less security than promised

Application mida expected crowd estimate vuntadi...depending on that place, police will have an estimate. ,large packed rallies aithe estimated 10,000 crowd per acre lekka na count and smaller road shows ki street width and length based mida estimate vuntadi...but this estimate will be 4-5 times lower than actual...street capacity kante ekuva application mida mention chesthe, permission deny chestaru...so organisers usually quote low attendance.
