If i had to decide i will take the opinion of the guys interviewing and the think about the group of people working together, if all that is moot the only what i feel at that moment of time as to who would be a better fit, if they are the same then maybe diversity if company is promoting it, if both are diversity candidates then a toss as well to break the tie 🙂

The whole world is filled with humans and yet they can't get along well with each other whether its religious or linguistic, color of skin or whatever myraid issues. Even if the whole world is filled with lgbtq, we will find a way to harass each other, so you don't have to shoulder the burden of turning the whole world into lgbtq. Treat the person in front of you well for starters and the world will maybe (just maybe ) turn out a better place when you leave than you came in.

I'll say it again. Parents don't get to have the final say in child's health, especially when they engage in harmful behavior to the child's health.

Govts won't pass a law or an official statement like you say. Its bound to be abused, with child counseling centers cropping up to specifically serve this market. I'm just saying that its fine to help a child, if the parents refuse to help.

what kind of responsibility do you think school should bear? Would the parents bear responsibility if their kid killed him/herself in their 20s because they feel trapped in another body, or because transitioning invites a lot of social attention after puberty?
