actually TDP combine coming in 2014 was based on several factors -

1. congress vote going to Jagan and the rest sitting at home not being able to vote for TDP.

2. Anti congress wave through out the country with scams and other social causes anti-hindu, pro muslim christian appeasement.

3. CBN coming will lead us to have same development as hitech city that he brought to hyderabad and thus our kids and future generations will also have good future.

4. Pavan not contesting in the last minute even though initially he wanted to just run his party and throwing his support behind TDP-BJP combine.

These i can think at the top of my head, inspite of the jail sympathy and YSR policies/freebies for the poor the total votes differences was 5.5 lakhs. This was YSRCP vs TDP-BJP and a non existant JanaSena combine then.

for simple calculations if you take away some seats as bigwigs victory and just put 100 seats and 5.5 lakhs, that is 5,500 votes per constituency, don't you think anti-incumbency, negative coverage from sakshi and making special category status as emotive issue along with corruption of local tdp leaders caused TDP downfall. And all the three parties have split votes with YSRCP consolidation in 2019.

In this pakka states funding to destroy AP is just that a myth, every state competes with the other, When CBN was CM for 9 1/2 years he got IT companies that were going to Bangalore, was that also trying to destroy Karnataka and Benguluru?

Some IT company doing voter survey for TDP had his office in Hyderabad (who in their right mind will have that with the relation between KCR and CBN). they raided him and got that list busted, might have helped TDP with voter rolls and other stuff but would not have brought them back to power.

In my view, TDP going all alone and aggressive campaigning at state level might have a better chance to overthrow TDP govt than TDP+JSP going in an alliance. They are set to gain 2-3 districts but will lose core support in the majority of the districts. Already YCP strong ga vunna areas la inka strong avutundi..

Caste based coalitions vunapudu 1+1=2 ane equation work out avadu...vote transfer antha easy ga avadu..threat of rebel candidates will increase.
