Avi chalava bro, 24 hours power and good water supply, city lo unna okkate oorula unna okkate ippudu, agree there is funds cruch, welfare schemes are important as elections are approaching and they will delay salaries but continue welfare schemes like pensions and raithu bandu as it is their passport for 2023 elections 

Mostly kottappulaki permission istaledu RBI, all previously sanctioned loans for irrigation and power projects got pulled back in the last minute, adi okka 80k crores bokka for the projects in the last stages of completion, vatikinkuda funds crunch unnadi. Good thing is state own  revenues are growing at the rate of 20-23%, ee projects completed ayite state will be in a different league especially yadadri power plant

Raithu bandu is doing it's part as it is counter productive as it is infusing money into the rural economy and the production have gone up multi fold
