sleeping problem , help

changed places , and also walking after dinner for a while , but seems not working

rojukoka kaala vasthundi myaann, okaroju horror , oka roju kaama kala , okaroju action story ila anamaata

Take bath before going to bed

turn off lights in your room

Play white noise or rain sounds and make sure you dont see phone screen after sleeping on the bed

you will have sound sleep for sure.

Ivemi workout avaledu ante try some otc Melatonin supplement for couple of days till your sleep cycle gets adjusted.  

Room lo light on chesi unte I always have disturbed sleep. lights off chesi unte 6 hours uninterrupted sleep pakka.

Dont use screen bro TV cell before , take shower add melatonin you might have to use for weeks to get effective nenu dabba techanu akada padasanu , Oka two pegs mnachiga padukovochu

something must be bothering you and stopping you from getting a good sleep.. find out what that is.. exercise, meds, avoid using phone etc are all temporary fixes.. but find out what is bothering you..

idk really , maybe thinking too much abt personal problems or using phone

Mind relax avvali.. so putting away phone is a good idea.. brain stimulation thagginchaali.. do you watch a lot of tv or use phone? 

I usually get restless and don’t sleep well if I have a big delivery or a presentation the next day..
