i thought current di expire ayyelopu renewal apply seste saalu , with receipt  will get automatic extension anukunna..didnot know abt i94 validity

oka 30 days petuko bro ,yes anduke when you apply extension you will get 3 more years of i94 validity , but mee wiufe h4 approve avadu apadiki, but she will still have current one for 60 more days , both of you will fly to mexico on return you will show your i797 your wife di you will request to match your i797 both of you will be entering the country with i94 having 3 years best case scenario 

worst case she will be given validity only till the current one she will be in status as he h4 is penidng but you cannot use ead
