H4 and h4 ead approved in 2 days to 2 weeks at most in recent times , for me it took 1 day for h4 approve and same day for h4 ead after h1 approve

Btw , I prepared my own h4 ead docs and send with h1 /h4 extension packet. Attorney gadu 1250 annadu including 450 fees , lekkalu vesukubte 1 year worth mandu karchu adi , so I prepared my self

For guys who is looking to get revalidation, you can still apply h4 and ead and once you get h1 approvals go to Mexico/Canada border to get h4 i94. Once you done that , send new i94 to USCIS so they will update h4 with new i94 and process your ead.  

 

Make sure you have less than 1 month on h4 , otherwise some cbp don't give new i94

upgraded H1 to premium on 09 nov 2022

H4 Approved in normal processing on 15 nov 2022

Still waiting for EAD but spouse can work for 18 months by that time EAD will be approved.

yes, every I797 approval will have I94 number underneath..that I94 willl be your latest I94 record

I’m in this situation currently. Applied eecH1 last month and just upgraded to premium. Wife I94 expiring in a month. H4 and ead extension was already applied. I didn’t realize for ead extension, i94 should not expire. 
 

any pointers on what the options are? Mexico border , going to india and coming back etc.
