suppose h1b validity and stamping( both) till oct 2023 varaku undi.. then April-2023 lo extension approved with premium for another 3 years till oct 2026 anuko .

 

now my question is if we travel in June or July 2023 after h1b renewal, do we need stamping or not? as we got new I797.  if no need stamping then, I-94 oct 2023 istara or oct 2026?

stamping - not required
POE - show new H1 extension , but I94 OCT - 2023 varake istharu
after coming into usa , apply for extension again

ya POE uses undocumented policy "what ever date comes first"
I faced it personally ... H1 extension unna visa end date varake icharu 
so , usa vachaka malli extension apply chesanu

POE tricky....sometimes they do honor new I797...but even if they dont, US vachaka I-94 extn apply cheyyochu...your attorney will take care of it..it happened to me once.

But since ur going to India anyway, new H1 ki stamping kuda vesuko, next 3 yrs validity untadi. Let say if u feel like travelling to Cancun or take a cruise ship, happy kada.....u never know u might go abroad. Stamping leka chaala mandhi vacation plans drop chesukuntaru
