Parents immigration question

Last time parents vachinapudu 1yr 2months (2 extensions because of covid fear) US lo unaru.

Last extension still not approved or denied. 

Ipudu 7months avtundi India velli, Cousin marriage undi USA lo can my dad visit USA now? Port of entry emaina issues avtaya as he stayed more than 1yr just 7months back?

Don't know the exact period bro one parent in my community they sent back at port of entry  , but she over stayed couple of times ani vinna , (but she made many trips) almost like yearly once they put one day and sent her back in next flight , after long time wait they called and explained that they feel suspicious she is working 

I DONT  know the exact number of months they overstayed but it happened at SFO Airport

make sure your dad carries all proof's like extension chesinattu receipt notice and 1st one di approved aithe, adi kuda...2nd extn di receipt notice.

still it all depends on POE officer....short gap lo malli malli enduku vasthunnaru ani question cheyyochu, you can get a call too since ur dad may/may not speak english...mother-law gurinchi okasaari POE officer called my cell while I was waiting outside airport. So make sure u answer any unkonw number call and explain them he is for a wedding in US ani...wedding card, venue etc etc details kuda mee dad ki ivvu.

Covid time lo chaala mandhi extn apply chesaru...so they will understand why they had to stay back here...good luck!
