In India you need to always buy ingredients and give order to private catering chefs etc and organize them..make them cook at your backyard or terrace or in function hall kirchen

 

If you give catering to restaurants etc. They will use rotten meat and adulterated dalda .. this is there in last 20-25 years..  nowadays janalu eating regularly outside ..and lost concept of adulterated food..it is there since 90s..
