Last night car parking lo vnnapdu inti daggara, oka pillagadu Who parked next to me reverse chese appdu scratches pettadu, back tire rim meeda kooda scratches vnnai . And left rear side konni scratches vnnai car body meeda . 
 

Ah pillagade police ki call chesi tappdu vadle ani oppkunnaru and said his parents will pay full money towards repair . But I got his insurance and details . 
 

question car ni body shop ki tesk vellala or dealer service center ki vellala repairs ki. 

car Lexus rx kottade 10 months old .

Call your dealer. They will suggest where to take. They have preferred body shoppers

Did you call your insurance? First update your insurance and he will take care of it… he will work with the other insurance and give you a list of body shops or dealers where you can get it fixed..

Don't go to dealership. Go through the list of body shop recommendations from Geico and check their google reviews and choose the best one. Never go to dealership for cosmetic repairs.

Minor scratches ey vnnai. So vallu out of pocket pay chesta annaru. But repair estimates  chusi they have to decide

better go with dealer body shop.. Why

minor scratches unna insurance body shop vadu insurance valaki bill low undali ani vadu paina paina repair chestharu, insuarance company ku bill ekkuva kavadhu ani

 

dealer based body shops ala kadu- minor scratches unna- they will inspect in-depth and they will provide estimates correctly-- dealer body shop pothe chala better.. 

at the end- your car should get repaired properly with good quality

again estimates/quote ichaka, in process of the repair- there might be more repairs that no one is aware at first step

We used caliber collision , National collision center with multiple locations 

Repairs were satisfactory and guaranteed for the life of the car 

Make sure you ask for repairs and diminished value of the car 

once your car has accident report , it will lower the value of the car
