We lived in Holly Springs and moved out , the place is too much off Indians with out diversity.

My wife really likes those places unfortunately I don’t 

All you need is few good friends and family 

Houses are cramped , roads are narrow and traffic is horrible on 55 

Indian temples are commercialized

Yeah, new houses peddaga taggatledu. Wait till summer is my suggestion but Interest rates will go high that's for sure, so it will be a gamble. You'll have lot more options in summer so that's one advantage.
