Move to Charlotte better schools and better opportunities once back to office trend started. People flee like anything. Area not meant for great salaries that’s why schools are not good rated. With pandemic Fuquay, holly villages got popular. It’s like leaving Hyderabad and buying home in your village sending kids to near by govt school. Trade kids future , professional growth for just home

Final ga some amount saved to buy a home

Which is best area to buy in RTP area?

Interest rates are still high is it now a bad time now to buy?

Fuquay lo anukuntunna but it is far from highways I am new to the area artham kavatledu suggestions please

What is your criteria bro ? Here is my suggestion.

1. If your kids are at middle school or will be in middle school soon look only in Cary or Morrisville. Be prepared single family homes are still in $700 to $800k range.

2. If you have kids in elementary or in day care, your job is remote or hybrid consider Fuquay or Garner.

3. Don’t look in Apex or Hollysprings, it’s too crowded with narrow roads and close to Nuclear power plant (if you see it as a concern), propane filling station and a big dump yard. Air is polluted.

4. Indian grocery, there is a store in Hollysprings now, one more is coming in hollysprings and Fuquay.

5. Restaurants and temple ki vellali antae you need to go Cary or Morrisville which is 35 to 40 minutes.

6. Search in a community where there is a diversity like 70% Indian 20% white and 10% other. These will be appreciated soon.

7. Think about highway connection if you have to go to office every day to either Raleigh or RTP. If your office is in Raleigh try garner it is closer to Raleigh but very few Indian population.

Yeah, new houses peddaga taggatledu. Wait till summer is my suggestion but Interest rates will go high that's for sure, so it will be a gamble. You'll have lot more options in summer so that's one advantage.

thanks baa

Naku kudha idea ledu. But people flocked in Fuquay. I signed but backed off moving to NC because of my job and wife job. In my research naku Fuquay nachindhi, I am interested in more like a semi-urban style. Day cares, DMV, small downtown, urgent cares, kohls, Aldi, TJmaxx, Walmart, Costco, Homedepot, anni 3 miles radius lo unnayi. Target and AMC theaters are in Hollysprings. Highways are important but remote jobs tho Entha use cheystham anedhi important.
