only once a week bro ?? will it be enough for entire week ? do we have to follow any dietary restrcitions ? alcohol etc

I used to think always about my office work, worried of what my manager thinks, will he going to burden me again etc etc... One day luckily got to see the below video and discussed about ashwagandha with my family  ,got it from india (kalaguragampa). I had it and I have seen immediate results. I don't take aswagandha regularly these days...my mind is calm and stopped worrying about unnecessary things

6 months back two jaabs sesthunde fulll anxiety nd stress ..Jaabs quit sesina tension atlane untunde…Dosthu gaadu walking sesthe tagthadante shuru sesina every day 5-6 miles walking. Stress taggindi knees pain achindi.

5-6 too much baa, limit it to max 3 miles and take a vitamin D supplement for the knee pain. I used to have knee pains when I started running, taking vitamin D kept the pains off since then. Now can run 4-5 miles 4 days a week.
