Visa interview twist

ma cousin December lo h1b stamping poyindu.. he his working in India with some consultancy he got h1b approved for the fy 2023 , September lo approved and December lo visa pettukunadu so he can come this summer ani 

 

interview lo lots of questions adigaru all went well and VO said visa is approved .. ekka racha chesadu Xmas and new year time lo .. last week ds-160 status chusthey approved ani vundhi …waiting for passport pick up status.. ekkade twist next day got email to attend for interview and  finger prints ani poyindu and vo called another officer both discussed and said we might revoke u r h1b petition nothing todo with ur profile but we have some questions to petitioner ani cheppi 221g ichi passport back ichadu and status chusthey revoke ani vundhi anta …eppudu 221g result kosam wait cheyala or visa is refused aa? Can he apply next time ? Will approved h1b petition can be transferred to other employer  or it’s gonna?

refused means further processing is required

rejected means visa application is rejected

ee renditlo status em undi correct ga ?

refused aithe wait for process to complete

rejected aithe i think new h1 from another employer and re apply
